Prior to coming to RRC Gonzalo (2006 Calton Harris pro of the year recipient) was the Head Tennis professional at the Chapel Hill Tennis Club for the past six years. “Gonzo” is a certified USPTA Professional who has worked with players ranging from beginners to ATP player including top 40 Marty Fish and two-time Kalamazoo winner and former US #1 18’s junior player Robert Kowalzcyk. Gonzalo graduated and played for the University of Madrid, Spain from 1988-1992. In addition, he competed in Satellite tour events in South America and the U.S. from 1994-1996. Gonzalo is Certified as USPTA-1 and a Certified NPTR Professional.
