Guest Rules

• All guest (s) must be accompanied by a member and shall be registered (in the pro shop) prior to using the club facilities and sign the RRC Liability Waiver located in the Pro Shop.
• Members are responsible for their guests’ knowledge of all Pool, Tennis, Clubhouse and Guest Rules.
• There are weekly guest fees for out-of-town guests (more than 60 miles away) available. Please contact the General Manager at 919.876.0565 x 101 for more details.
• A person who resides within the Club membership area (60 miles) may be a guest at the tennis courts only once a month.
• A person from outside the Club membership area (60 miles) may be a guest at the tennis courts without being subject to any guest limitations.
• The guest fee is $5.00 per guest per day for outdoor play, $15.00 for indoor play. Failure to register or properly register guests by full name, address, date, member signature and club number will result in an automatic charge of $50.00 per day per guest.

 IMPORTANT: Members may bring a particular guest to the club once per moth and a maximum of FIVE times per calendar year.  Failure to follow this policy can result in a fine and termination of club membership.  There is no limit on the number of individual guests that a member can bring as long as the guest fee is paid and the non-member has signed the RRC Liability Waiver in the Pro Shop.

Junior Members

  • Jr. Membership at RRC is a very inexpensive way to get your child involved in tennis. Currently, the Jr. Membership at RRC is only $36.00 a month per child.  A sibling is only an additional $30.00 month. 
  • Jr. Membership at RRC may reserve and play on hard courts.  If the Jr. Member is 16 or older, they are welcome to use the RRC Fitness Facility.
  • Jr. Members can reserve courts 48 hours in advance, just like adult members.
  • Jr. Members are allowed to pay the adult member rate for clinics and lessons.
  • The Jr. Membership does not include the following:
    • Outdoor Clay Court Reservations (Jr. Members may reserve INDOOR clay courts)
    • Pool Privileges (use of the pool requires a Famly Membership)
  • Parents are NOT allowed to be on the court and or hit/feed balls to Jr. Members for liability reasons.

Tennis Clothing

• Non-marking shoes should be worn on the court at all times. Running shoes, dress shoes, or other non-tennis shoes can damage the courts.
• Proper clothing must be worn on the court at all time. Swimming attire or cut-away clothing is not permitted for court play.
